Junior RANA is a new branch of RANA DC Chapter that works to spread knowledge about rich and unique Rajput culture to younger generations! Recently, many Indian children have been losing touch with their culture and Junior RANA aims to change that by making Indian Culture fun to learn about and allow Indian Kids to meet other kids to create a long lasting community.

RANA DC Chapter more engaging for kids. Many children are uninterested in RANA because when they first go to the gatherings, they are met with limited options for kids activities, which makes them less likely to want to go to more meetings. Many adults in the main chapter joined RANA as a way to connect their kids to the Rajput Community, but if we push the kids away with uninteresting meetings and gatherings, the parents who joined solely for their kids will also begin to leave. We can create engagement by adding more kids activities like sports areas and childrens' games. Adding more children-oriented activities will make children more likely to want to attend RANA meetups, which will lead to more engagment in RANA and Indian Culture.
Rajput Youth with their culutre and heritage. Much of the youth has lost interest in our culture because of 2 main factors, one controllable and one uncontrollable. The first reason is that Indian Culture is forced upon many kids by their parents. Some are lucky to have their culture eased into them. The purpose of Junior RANA is to ease Indian Culture into the lives of kids in a fun and interactive way that doesn't push them away. The main way to do this is by making RANA DC Chapter more engaing for youth, and hosting cultural events with incentives for children to attend and learn about their culture such as poojas, religous celebrations, culture fairs, and much more.
a community that priortizes the youth and makes sure that they get oppurtunities to learn about their culture and heritage. this is very important because the youth is the future, and by making sure that the youth learn about our culture, we are securing the legacy of the Rajputs and the RANA Organization. We wil make his happen by coordinating with the main RANA DC Chapter to bring attention to the fact that we need to focus on the youth. We will host rallies, events, and speak to the adults at main DC Chapter gatherings about this matter.
